How are your leads generated?
We generate 100% of our leads through our telemarketing call centers. We use highly targeted modeled consumer lists, response data, and internet leads as an input to our telemarketing campaigns to get you the most interested and the most qualified consumers, so you can focus on the closing rather than the chasing.

What percentage of closing results should I expect?
Closing ratio depends on too many factors out of which we control two - the quality of lists used for the campaign and the quality of Telemarketing. We work with the best list vendors and carefully select the lists to match your campaign requirements with respect to the criteria on the leads. Our well-defined telemarketing and quality processes ensure that the leads generated are of high quality and there are no bogus leads that are transferred to you.

Do you call Nationwide?
Yes, we do call nationwide. However, there are some states that are better suited for Telemarketing with respect to availability of qualified homeowners, demographics, etc.

How do you manage the DNC Statute?
All our calling lists are scrubbed with the National Do-Not-Call Registry before being put on the dialer for calling. Our telemarketers observe strict adherence to applicable telemarketing laws like Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) (47 USC Section 227) and the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule. Our telemarketers observe a strict code of ethics and standards and avoid intrusive telemarketing practices and give due respect to the customers right to privacy.
Our DNC compliance processes are audited by third party agency periodically. We require all our clients to get registered for the states/area codes that they chose to market in and obtain a SAN (Subscriber Account Number) from the FTC.

How will I receive my leads?
LeadPointer’s Online Lead Tracking System enables you to get the live information of the prospect, while the prospect is being hot transferred to you by the LeadPointer rep. There are two types of user login that are created for our clients. The first is the General Login, also called the Sales Login. This log-in is to be used by all your sales reps that will be taking LeadPointer’s live lead transfers and is a shared login. Your sales reps will need to put in a Tracking number for pulling out the lead information while taking the hand-off from our telemarketers. The second is the Admin Log-in. This is a restricted log-in for the client’s Manger or Owner. It gives the complete account details including Past and current Orders, daily, weekly, monthly Summary of Leads delivered and the Credits applied to your account.

In case the client so desires leads can also sent via email to the client designated email ids at the end of the day.

How many times over are the leads sold?
Every one of our leads is an exclusive lead so you can be assured that you will not compete with other professionals for the same consumer. As soon as a lead is transferred to you the entire record is then removed from our database to ensure exclusivity.

What Is The Minimum Order?
We offer a starter package of 25 leads to new clients. There is no set-up fee or long-term contracts. We are here to prove our system works then we can move on to a larger fulfillment once you've seen results.

What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, Electronic Wire Transfer and Checks.

How soon can I receive my leads?
We will start your telemarketing campaign within 24-48 hours of your payment being received.

What is your policy on returning leads?

  1. The Consumer expressly told you that he was not interested in the program.
  2. The lead did not qualify on the criteria agreed upon with you.
  3. The lead is a duplicate for one that had already been transferred to you.
