Sign-up
Before signing a new client, we define the detailed lead criteria, duration of the campaign, weekly and daily lead requirements and the client’s point of contact at LeadPointer. After carefully reviewing the client's requirements, we order targeted calling lists. We work with leading list suppliers in the industry and select the best list suited for our client’s specific requirements. The lists are scrubbed against the Federal Do Not Call registry.
Going-Live
Our Call Center manager then selects team of telesales reps with the required skill sets, for the campaign and a Team Leader is assigned to the team. The team size is dependent on the number of leads/day required by the client. The telemarketers are briefed on the specific requirements pertaining to the campaign.
Production
The calling list is uploaded on the predictive dialer of our Call Center and the telesales reps begin calling. The telemarketers qualify prospects based on the campaign parameters and capture information for qualified prospects. Once the telesales reps confirms a prospect’s interest in the client’s service or product, they passe the call on to verifiers who confirm key information with the prospect and also ensure that the prospect truly has intent to speak to a client rep. The verifiers then either live transfers those prospects to your office or fixe an appointment for your sales people to callback those prospects. The verified lead is then sent to the QC team to check for compliance with telesales etiquettes, prospect intent and criteria match.
Quality-Control
There are 2 levels of QC check on EVERY telemarketing lead:
On floor QC - Done by a verifier, to confirm there are no errors on the file, and also to judge if the prospect is genuinely interested to speak to a sales specialist at our client’s end.
Off floor QC - Done by the quality dept, to confirm that the leads are within the criteria agreed upon with our clients. This also includes a Voice Log check by the quality control executives. They listen to the voice log of every lead we generate, to check the intent of the prospects, the attitude of the telemarketer on each call and give feedback to the telemarketer whenever required.
Lead-Delivery
LeadPointer’s Online Lead Tracking System enables you to get the live information of the prospect, while the prospect is being hot transferred to you by the LeadPointer rep. Our lead delivery system is completely controlled through our website. You can schedule your delivery, change your transfer number, and even tell us the amount of simultaneous calls you can take at one time. If you tell us 1 Loan Officer available, we will only send 1 call at a time.
There are two types of user login that are created for our clients. The first is the General Login. This log-in is to be used by all your sales reps that will be taking LeadPointer’s live lead transfers and is a shared login. Your sales reps will need to put in a Tracking number for pulling out the lead information while taking the hand-off from our telemarketers. The second is the Admin Log-in. This is a restricted log-in for the Manger or Owner. It gives the complete account details including Past and current Orders, daily, weekly, monthly Summary of Leads delivered and the Credits applied to your account.
In case the client so desires leads can also sent via email to the client designated email ids at the end of the day
