Question 4
Are you Employed or Self Employed? And what is your Annual Income? $______ I also need to verify that you can set aside approx $300 per month towards your debt instead of what you’re currently paying. Excellent, now please hold, while I connect you to a debt management specialist. You may hear a click and a pause, but don’t hang up… one of our Specialists will be on the line to speak to you.

  1. Put the customer on hold/mute
  2. Call the Client’s Routing Number
  3. A Debt Management Specialist will pick the phone and identify herself / himself.

This is what the Rep will say to the Loan Officer

Hi this is _____ from LeadPointer
I have a customer Mr/Ms__________ on the line here,
His/her phone is:____________ (Please be very slow while saying the number)
The tracking No. is ____________ (give the 8 digit Tracking No.)
Have you been able to pull up the customer’s details? Great! So now I’m conferencing the customer in now.

If for some reason, the Deb Management Specialist could not pull up the Lead information on his webpage, then the rep will need to give out the customer’s details to the Debt Management Specialist and then conference in the customer.

Important Notes:
When the Deb Management Specialist picks up the phone he should identify himself so rep can make a note to which Specialist was the lead transferred.

If the customer hangs up or the call gets disconnected while on holding for the Deb Management Specialist, LeadPointer’s rep will attempt to re-connect the customer again.
